MTLD; Internet for Mobiles Switched On!
MTLD top-level domain operator for dot mobi websites has announced guidelines for developing mobi websites, and stipulated that anyone wanting to register for a .mobi domain name must abide by a code of best practices, pages must be programmed in XHTML. Other standards are the exclusion of frames and no reliance on 'www' in the URL (less typing, tho majority of internet cells phones are/will be voice command and automatically default to a .mobi site or list of mobi sites with the search terms).
